This is a portrait of my wife’s Dad Clarence at the piano. He wanted to be a music teacher but was not able to continue his education because he was needed on the farm. The family traded a mule for a piano. Also in the picture is Chad, our youngest son, Max Leu who was Clarence’s lifelong friend playing the Banjo and our neighbor Terrell Butler who played the sax. And Grandma was always in the kitchen fixing something good to serve everyone.
